ABOUT JOHNGATE INDUSTRIAL COMPANY LIMITED

EARLY HISTORY
JOHNGATE INDUSTRIAL COMPANY LIMITED, an indigenous private limited liability company started business on January 12, 1987 with the name CHICO WHITE ENTERPRISES, selling motorcycle spare parts. In 1988 the name was changed to JIZMACO FAIR ENTERPRISES and on September 12, 1989 another change of name was effected to reflect the names of some family members- MOMAH GABJOHN NIGERIA ENTERPRISES. Two years later, October 1991 the company was incorporated as MOMAH GABJOHN INDUSTRIAL CO. LTD.

GROWTH PERIOD
During the period 1991 – 2000 the company experienced a tremendous growth that sole dealership/distributorship agreements were executed with several oversea companies for the importation and marketing of their products.

In 2007 the need for restructuring and repositioning arose and on July 25, 2007 the name of the company was changed to JOHNGATE INDUSTRIAL COMPANY LIMITED. Today Johngate Industrial Co. Ltd has sole dealership agreements with many companies in Asia and Europe and some of such companies are:-

• GOOD TIRE RUBBER IND. CO. LTD. TAIWAN
• KENDA RUBBER INDUSTRY, TAIWAN
• MING-CHANG AUTO TRAFFIC MFG. CO. LTD. TAIWAN
• REKOLTE INTERNATIONAL CO. LTD, TAIWAN
• SIME TYRE, MALAYSIA.
